LifeLine is a volunteer pilot organization that facilitates free medical/humanitarian flights for individuals needing transportation to locations distant from their homes. No age limit to services. Must have a financial need, have physician's release form, sign a HIPPA and liability release form. Must be ambulatory. Some medical equipment such as oxygen is allowed. Upon completion of paperwork, flights usually take 3 to 4 working days to arrange.
