The Family Handbook was designed to provide patients and families with general information about childhood cancer and its treatment. There are areas throughout the book to customize. Your child’s doctor or nurse can help fill in the areas that are specific to your child’s care.
How to use this handbook:
- The format of this document is set up to print double sided. The text will be towards the center of the page, leaving room on the periphery for graphics and notetaking.
- Several blank pages are inserted throughout the document in order to maintain the correct formatting for double-sided printing.
- You can print the entire document at once or scroll through and locate different content areas and print them separately.
