This privacy statement applies to CureSearch Children's Oncology Group and its fund-raising arm, CureSearch National Childhood Cancer Foundation (NCCF), with respect to the privacy of our online visitors and donors.

CureSearch does not collect personally identifiable information without permission. Our website links to numerous other websites, however, and CureSearch cannot control and is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those websites.

This site collects contact information when you donate, register or purchase items from curesearch.org. In such cases, we will need personal information such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card number, so that we can process your donation or order, notify you of order status or provide a receipt. We may use the information you provide to share information about services or products you have requested or to inform you of promotional offers that might be of interest.

CureSearch periodically performs statistical analyses of aggregate user behavior and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of various areas on our website and to use such information to improve on our website's ability to serve you better. Personally identifiable information collected in these surveys will not be shared.

To protect the privacy of website visitors, new names and addresses submitted through the CureSearch website are not included in any list exchanges or rentals. CureSearch does not specifically ask or knowingly collect personally identifiable information for children under 18.

CureSearch will discontinue contact with any person upon oral or written request.
