January 6, 2010 (Bayonne, NJ) - Local salon to hold Cut-A-Thon Sage & Company Hair Salon of Bayonne will be holding their annual Hair CutA-Thorj, raising money for Curesearch, the National Childhood Cancer Foundation. This event will take place on Monday, Jan. 18, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. No appointments are necessary. All haircuts are $15, and all proceeds go directly to the National Childhood Cancer Foundation for research of all pediatric children's cancer.
As many as 15,000 children are diagnosed with some type of childhood cancer each year, and this fundraiser brings awareness and education that pediatric cancer research is necessary. The voices of those touched by childhood cancer are the most powerful tools for elevating childhood cancer to a national public policy priority. Look beautiful by letting Sage & Company give you a great haircut, and feel great by knowing that your donation will make a difference in the lives of these children suffering with this disease each and every day. All donations are taxdeductible.
