Hundreds Walk to Cure Childhood

First CureSearch Walk

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - More than 200 people turned out to walk in Fort Wayne’s first CureSearch Walk to raise funds and awareness in the fight against childhood cancers.

The one mile walk took place at Franke Park Saturday morning.

The event was organized after three families from the area participated in a CureSearch Walk in Indianapolis the year before.
